- If you are running short of time, we are there to take care of it. Your emotions can be expressed through Express Deliveries. We have different services such as Delivery within 24 hrs, Delivery with in 3 days etc.
- Flowers And Cakes will be delivered exactly as displayed but in case of last moment shortages similar and equally good flowers and cakes will be delivered.

3. Can you people takes the order on phone, email or fax?
Yes, we can accept order from phone fax & Email, after receiving order we will send you money request through email. In email you will receive a link which will take you to payment gateway. From where you can make payment from credit or debit card. Once we will receive payment confirmation. We will dispatch your order and we will send you a order confirmation mail.

11. How much time is required to get the product delivered?
There are two steps we follow for the delivery of ordered Items -Giftsomeone delivery to the courier and the Courier's delivery to you. When we indicate "Normally ships in 7 to 10 Working Days" , what we mean is that it will take us 78 hours to deliver the ordered items to the Courier. To this, you must add the transportation time, which is typically 1-3 days, depending on the place of delivery.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our fulfillment partner, Courier Service, does not make any pick ups on those days

Yes. We are placing order at particular date only for perishable goods.

17. How can I check the present status of my product?
An email confirmation will be sent to you once your gift will be sent to you. You can track your order from your account in giftsomeone.com.
18. What do you mean me by product status – In process?
a) Processing: This is the default status
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.
c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or
d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.
Return Policy: Goods once shipped shall not be returned on any ground/s. However, in case you may have any complaints regarding the products delivered, kindly click here to write to us.

22. Why there is difference in amount of order placed from Giftsomeone and there in credit card statement?
We charge order value in the Dollar. This may cause a slight variation in the INR-value shown at the website and that charged from your credit-card due to fluctuation in conversion rates.
23. What is shopping Bag?
The product that you wish to add to the cart, can be the one marked as sold out. Or you may like to have a personalised wish, for a product / category not present on the portal. You will be informed by mail when the product is available on the portal.
24. How can I complain for non delivery of order or delivery of partial order?
All complaints regarding the non-delivery of the partial order or any other similar issues regarding the delivered products should be registered with us within 10 days of the delivery date. 90% of our orders are delivered together in one shipment but 10% are delivered from different logistic locations which could lead to multiple deliveries at different times.
